Welcome to 6th grade Language Arts! We have an exciting year planned. We will begin by reading a variety of short stories and focusing on different literary aspects, such as theme, conflict, and characterization. Throughout the year, we will be reading novels, writing for a variety of purposes, studying figurative language, poetry, and completing projects and activities.
